First day in HK

Finally after these three years of anticipation, the pigrimage has begun!
After saying a happy (with no tears shed) farewell to the family at Auckland Airport, we start our pilgrimage back home in HK. I must give a round of applause for the Rugby World Cup flight information video for Air New Zealand, its a refreshing and humourous way to give pre-flight information and promote the World Cup. Youtube it if you haven't seen it.  Also had a delicious white chocolate hotcake with apple manukau honey maple sauce for breakfast... mmmm... yum....
Arrived to a 27oC rainy day, apparently its actually a refreshingly cool day for HK summer, but for a person who just left the chilly weather back home, this temperature is stifling hot!
Rain plus temperature at this level makes walking around outside rather uninviting, ended up walking around inside a mall. Just window shopping today, but plenty of time for spending soon.
The rain has allowed this pilgrim has realised she has definately forgotten something back home, the yellow umbrella pilgrim is without her yellow umbrella!
